The SHORE Foundation (TSF) offers financial assistance through grants to cornea, kidney, heart, liver and lung organ transplant recipients for transplant-related costs not covered by medical insurance or any other funding.
While The SHORE Foundation strives to help all of those who meet our qualifications, we are 100% volunteer based and sometimes applications exceed the funds available.
